At PILATESBODY, Kayla specializes in low-impact, functional fitness to help you build a foundation, find your core, deep abdominal muscles and breath. Together, we will create a Training Plan designed around what your body needs most while focusing on the 4 S’s of Strength, Stability, Stamina and Stretch. We will work hard to correct posture, breathe, but most importantly have fun!
