Hi so fun to watch thank you for doing that! I am day 9 things are going well I did the cleanse part for 5 days just because I am smalll 104# and I muscle test and my body told me. I now on the second part day 9 and have struggled to get enough calories since I was still not adding protein in large enough amounts only 2 shakes instead of 3 and I would put all the supplements in the shake …..love the steak idea but I thought only chicken and fish were what you should do lighter protein… .With the cleanse I paired my ionic foot bath. I have used one for at least 17 years 3-4X a month consistently! If you want an answer to joint pain you might try it. I have used it so long I have been free of any type of condition that way. The internet gives it a bad rap but I have the experience 17 + years to back it up…no one else probably has. I usually do 30 min but did it for an hour on cleanse omg lots of results did not surprise me. I love my foot bath. If you want advice on products I have just have used an inexpensive product and they have simple units now. Loved the video… you guys are great. Thanks for sharing! Shannon
It is hard to get enough protein in the first 10 days unless you’re doing the 3 shakes! I would say that we weren’t 100% strict with the rules and enjoy steak so we chose to eat that along with fish, chicken etc. so it wasn’t an everyday thing from days 11-21. Thank you for the tip on the ionic foot bath!

Hi! Thanks for making this video. I am on day 10. I am only having 1 shake a day, do you think that matters?
Hi Melissa! Congrats on making it to day 10! I am no expert and my feedback an opinions are my own but the guidelines say 1-3 shakes per day. I don’t think it matters as long as you are eating enough and don’t feel hungry. If you are feeling hungry have another shake. Personally I was still working out daily and with that being the only source of protein in the first 10 days I was having 2-3 shakes to stay full. Your body is smart, listen to it and you’ll become very in tune with yourself!
