30-Minutes a Day, 6 Days a Week
Ready to commit to be fit in just 30-minutes a day? Begin Week 1 by learning how to properly engage your core with fundamental core movements. From there, the workouts will gradually become more challenging. By Week 8, you will have developed the stamina and endurance needed to complete intense core + booty workouts with proper form and activation!

When can I start the 8-Week Complete Core + Booty Challenge?
You can start this challenge when you feel ready to commit to a full 8-weeks of daily workouts. It is recommended to start the challenge with our Exclusive Community & Coaching Group.
What coaching is included?
You will be coached daily, by yours truly! Every workout is a follow-along video where I coach & demonstrate to you every single exercise and movement. You will also receive additional Coaching & Community support in our Exclusive Facebook Group, where you can also ask questions.
What equipment do I need for this 8-Week Challenge?

What if I am pregnant?
* Please consult with your doctor to find out their recommendations for you and your unique pregnancy. * You can still do this challenge pregnant through your 2nd trimester, but you may need to avoid prolonged time on your back or belly. I recommend you avoid any exercises if you start to notice pregnancy coning and add in additional breathing exercises throughout your entire pregnancy.
When can I start the workout challenge postpartum?
* You can start this challenge as soon as you receive approval from your doctor. * Please note, this is NOT an Ab Rehab Program. If you have Diastasis Recti, or Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, I would recommend addressing those issues prior to starting this challenge.
