• Exercise Mat
• Resistance Bands
• Strong Anchor Point: In Pilates Strong, Kayla uses a Pilates reformer as her strong anchor point for her resistance bands to wrap around. Don’t have access to a Pilates reformer? No problem! In your environment, find a secure, strong, anchor point for your resistance bands to wrap around. This could be a structural column, a bed post, a stair railing, a door handle with the door closed tightly, or any solid structure that can hold the resistance of the bands.
* Please consult with your doctor to find out their recommendations for you and your unique pregnancy. * You can still do the Pilates Accelerator while pregnant, but there is prolonged time on your back and belly that may need to be avoided. I recommend you avoid any exercises if you start to notice pregnancy coning and add in additional breathing exercises throughout your entire pregnancy.
* You can start Pilates Accelerator as soon as you receive approval from your doctor. * Please note, this is NOT an Ab Rehab Program. If you have Diastasis Recti, or Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, I would recommend addressing those issues prior to starting.
