Come to the PILATESBODY Studio for a private session tailored to your personal needs with individual instruction and hands on assistance. These sessions are recommended if you are new to Pilates, are recovering from an injury, or simply looking to enhance your performance. As a new Pilates student, you can expect Kayla to assess your physical activity level, posture, core strength and stretch. Offerings include Private Pilates (mat or reformer required if you have your own equipment), Personal Training, and Yoga. Kayla will design a program based on the equipment you have in your home gym and tailor it to your own personal fitness goals and needs.

Trios have a small group class feel and are a great way to experience personalized sessions at a more affordable price while working out with friends or family! You will experience a well-rounded, circuit-based workout focused on strengthening the core and all major muscle groups. These sessions will involve multiple pieces of Pilates equipment such as the reformer, jump board, stability chair and TRX. Exercises will be low-impact and joint-friendly. Trio sessions are recommended when you and your partner can commit to the same weekly schedule and have similar ability levels.
