All-inclusive Pilates workouts provide exercises and movements for core, glutes, abs, and recovery stretching. Unlike other workout challenges, a unique feature to the PILATESBODY Challenge is the Core Assessment; used to fully evaluate your core strength and track your results.
You may have heard the saying “Abs are made in the kitchen.” And while, yes, nutrition is important, we are all about balance here—and sometimes balance means we devour the leftover chicken nuggets and mac & cheese our kids just ate. Lisa of 2 Hungry Daughters will be your go-to for everything food related during the PILATESBODY Challenge. You will receive her 10 Simple Ingredient Healthy Recipe Guide filled with her family’s favorite wholesome, easy recipes with simple ingredients. A little background on Lisa—She grew up in a small town in Northern Minnesota and has always loved cooking and baking, especially for her two hungry daughters. Lisa loves to eat healthy and exercise, but also really loves brownies, bread, fries, and ice cream and is here to tell you, YOU CAN ENJOY BOTH!

Ready to commit to be fit in just 30-minutes a day? Begin Week 1 by learning how to properly engage your core with fundamental core movements. From there, the workouts will gradually become more challenging.
