App Subscription

How does the app subscription work?

After you subscribe, you are billed on the same date every month. If you wish to cancel, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel your subscription, you will no longer be charged, and you will lose access to all content immediately.

Equipment

What equipment do I need for the classes?

The majority of the classes are body-weight-focused. This means, the workouts are designed to be performed utilizing only your body weight on the Mat with minimal Pilates props, such as: Pilates circle, Pilates ball, Booty bands, Gliding discs, Light hand weights, Foam roller, Resistance bands, and Exercise mat. If you find yourself needing any equipment, visit the PILATESBODY Amazon Shop to see the products and brands we recommend.

What classes come with my app subscription?

Are the classes Live?

No, but Live workouts are coming soon! At this time, the classes on the app are pre-recorded On-Demand workout videos that you can watch anytime, anywhere, on any device.

How long are the workouts?

Workouts can range between 20-60 minutes depending on the style of class. This makes it easy to fit into your daily schedule with an attainable timeframe!

How many workouts will I have access to?

After you subscribe, you will gain instant access to over 50+ workout videos for classes like Mat Pilates, Pilates Strong, Pilates Stretch, and Ab Blast. You can expect 5-10 NEW workout videos to be added each month. Classes featuring guest instructors, as well as Live workouts, are coming soon!

Does each workout have an On-Demand video?

Yes! These are full-length, follow-along-style, workout videos with professional coaching during the entire class.

What fitness levels are the workouts intended for?

The PILATESBODY On-Demand workouts are designed for all experience levels and body types. In each video description, you will find that the workout is labeled Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 (Level 1 for beginner, Level 3 for advanced). During each workout video, you will be given professional instruction on modifications, adjustments, and suggestions so you can customize the movements even further to fit your needs!

Pregnancy & Postpartum

What if I am pregnant?

Pilates can be continued throughout pregnancy, but you may need to avoid prolonged time on your back or belly. I recommend you avoid any exercises if you start to notice abdominal coning. This typically occurs when doing an exercise incorrectly, or when an exercise puts too much stress on the abdominals. In addition, I recommend performing additional breathing exercises throughout your entire pregnancy. *As always, please consult with your doctor to find out their recommendations for you and your unique pregnancy.*

When can I practice Pilates postpartum?

*Listen to your body and consult with your doctor.* Please note, this App is NOT for Ab Rehab. If you have Diastasis Recti, or Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, those medical issues are not addressed in the App at this time. I highly recommend my 8-Week Complete Core + Booty Program for postpartum.

Installation Instructions

The PILATESBODY On-Demand App is not a “traditional” mobile app, meaning it cannot be found in the Apple App Store nor the Google Play App Store. However, it can still be saved to your Home Screen and accessed via its App Icon, just like a traditional app! Please view the iOS and Android installation instructions below.

For iOS:

1. iOS users must use the Safari browser to save the app to your home screen.
2. Go to PILATESBODY On-Demand (www.pilatesbodyondemand.com).
3. Tap the “Share Options” button in the Safari browser. Then, tap on “Add to Home Screen”.
4. Finally, tap on “Add” to confirm, and find the app icon on your Home Screen.

For Android:

1. Android users can use any browser to save the app to your home screen.
2. Go to PILATESBODY On-Demand (www.pilatesbodyondemand.com).
3. Tap the three-dot menu icon in the browser. Then, tap on “Install” or “Install App”.
4. Once installed, find the app icon in your app gallery. You can now add it to your Home Screen.
