Come to the PILATESBODY by Kayla Studio for a 1-on-1 Studio Pilates Private Session. All experience levels are welcomed. With my full attention focused solely on you, I will teach, encourage, and motivate you to achieve your goals through Pilates movements, stretches, and exercises tailored specifically to your personal needs. These sessions are recommended if you are new to Pilates, are recovering from an injury, or are simply looking to enhance your physical performance. With individual instruction and hands on assistance, I will assess your physical activity level, posture, core strength and stretch. You will utilize the reformer, tower, stability chair, and spine corrector as you develop a deeper understanding of your body. Prepare to work hard, feel energized, and reach your fitness goals.
