Workout Equipment

In this challenge, we will be building some serious strength. And I’m here to tell you, it’s ok to pick up the heavy weights (8-10 pound dumbbells)! But, don’t rule out this challenge if that seems too heavy — 3-5 pound dumbbells will provide you a great amount of resistance.
